OUR POLICY Nixon offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if your watch materials aren't right or the watch isn't put together correctly, we will repair or replace your watch. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch or suffer normal wear and tear and expect us to cover it. Like all watches, our warranty doesn't cover batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss, or theft. Opening the caseback, not screwing down the crown if you have a screw crown, or pushing the buttons underwater will void the warranty.

Problems? For any repairs or warranty claims, please contact any Nixon dealer in your area (go to "Dealer locator" on this website) and they will take care of your return. NOTE: Your warranty is not void if you do not register your watch.
